SAGAS brings in Brussels, as part of an exhibition exclusively dedicated to the three young artists, winners of the Jeune Creation Européeenne - JCE Grand Prix - Grant of the Crédit Agricole for the Montrouge Biennial.

If Europe is at the heart of the identity of the Biennale, this is the Latvian, Polish and Belgian origins of three winners that inspired the title of this exhibition, evoking the great narrative epics Thales of Northern Europe. The practice of powerful painting at the limit of abstraction by Klavs Loris, the strong figurative drawing by Magdalena Sawicka and the installative sculptures of Willem Boel represent three complementary examples of today's art by a new generation of artists.
